1. Service Agreement

By booking our transportation services, you agree to these terms and conditions.TAXI BERTRAND provides professional chauffeur and transportation services throughout France.

Our services include but are not limited to: airport transfers, city rides, long-distance travel, hourly rentals, school transportation, and business transportation packages.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with full payment in advance.
• Prices are in EUR and include all applicable taxes.
• We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via secure online payment.
• Payment is processed through PCI-compliant payment providers.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled service.
• Cancellations within 24-48 hours: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Service Standards

• Clean, well-maintained vehicles
• Punctual service (we allow a 15-minute grace period)
• 24/7 customer support
• Full insurance coverage

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup address and contact information
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time
• Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
• No smoking in vehicles
• Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the passenger

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data:

• Personal data is never sold to third parties
• Payment information is processed securely and not stored on our servers
• You may request deletion of your data at any time

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, TAXI BERTRAND shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.
